We often carry out search and market study assignments in different geographies. Search assignments of this sort are of two types.
- Local Search – A search on behalf of our client in a country or region far away from where our office is located, for example in Vilnius, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Dubai, Baku or Bucharest (to name a few recent projects) with the aim of placing the final successful candidate into a job in that particular location. When we do a market study in a faraway location of this sort, it is often to make sure that a professional of a certain kind can be found in that particular area. Doing such searches and market surveys, we take into account various often nontangible but important criteria, such as for example peculiarities of ethnical, religious, tribal and other qualities of candidates and their influence on job performance, mixing well with company culture, and other.
- International Search With Relocation – We also perform searches and market studies in different geographies around the globe (recent examples – France, Israel, UAE) not to place the hunted professional into a job in that market but to relocate the final (successful) candidate from that market into another location (e.g. Riga, Nizhny Novgorod, etc.) This is needed when we search for a specific mix of candidate qualities (e.g. ethic Russian roots, fluency in Russian and at the same time experience of managing the installation of complicated specific machinery on the French market) that is found only in specific geographies. Obviously we consult the candidate and the client in all matters related to relocation.
We have a successful track record of working almost everywhere around the globe, including regions far away from centres of civilisation; but most often we perform such assignments in Russia, all of former USSR, the Middle East and Europe.
