Working on any assignment we will always adhere to, and will never compromise, even at the cost of losing a fee and/or losing a client, the following principles which we consider our Code of Practice. We do believe that any deviation from these principles, by us or our client, is unethical and harmful for our cooperation.
- Disclosing Information – We will never hide, modify or in any way change or withhold, any piece of information in our possession, from our client or our candidate, related to our client or candidate, even if marked as confidential, in cases when disclosure of such information may influence a hiring decision or a career change decision.
- Traditional Values and No Discrimination – We do not believe in what is sometimes called “the new values” in the west (for instance, we do not believe in giving preferences when hiring depending on race, sex, or sexual orientation, as is now customary in western business or politics.) We strongly believe in “the survival of the fittest”, meaning that preference when presenting candidates or extending job offers should be made to people who can do the job best, irrespective of their race, sex, religion, age, political views, appearance, marital status, nationality. We will, still, hesitate to present candidates indulging in what may be termed as sexual deviance or perversion. Equally we will never treat differently any company based on its origin, size, type of incorporation, business sphere, or location, provided this company is transparent, compliant, law abiding and respects the individual.
- Rights of the Individual – We place individual and her (his) rights and interests above the rights and interests of any organisation, including the employer of this individual, we consider a trial period a period when both the individual and the company have to decide whether they are happy with each other.
- Meritocracy – We believe in meritocracy, meaning that the fittest candidate (both considering hard skills and soft skills) should be presented, and win the competition, not a candidate selected on any other criteria (e.g. any relationship with any of the employer’s team or the team of the executive search firm.)
- Retained and Exclusive – We believe that our work is best performed when retained and exclusive.
- Respect – We believe in mutual respect and trust between us, the client and the candidate.
- Client Is Never the Individual – We never receive any fee from any candidate.
- Thorough – We never cut corners. Working retained and exclusive, we have the luxury to work well and we never compromise the quality of our search by working faster, however doing our best to adhere to agreed timeline.
- Guarantees – We do not approach our clients’ personnel for 1 calendar year after starting the last search assignment and we never approach a placed candidate offering a job change.
- Bespoke Solutions – All our searches are bespoke, we do each search for one client only and we never present the same candidate to more than one client at a time. We work for every client on a project basis.
